Because of the cost in purchasing these essential systems for your sleep therapy, we have developed a new program that provides an additional purchase protection for our CPAP mask customers. The Mask Assurance Program allows you to pay a small additional cost when purchasing your CPAP mask for an insured 30-day period in which we will allow you to return your used mask for a full refund. This trial period will allow you time to test your equipment to ensure proper fit, comfort level, and mask quality. If, for any reason, the CPAP mask does not suit your needs, we will allow it be returned with no limits and for a complete refund (less the cost of shipping) within a 30-day time period from your date of purchase.
For customers who would like to try new, improved masks or nasal interface systems but are too worried about the cost of the mask, Mask Assurance is the perfect solution! iONMySleep.com is happy to provide this service to our loyal customers, as we know that finding the proper sleep therapy equipment can be a tough and costly process. CPAP Mask Assurance Policy
iONMySleep.com provides the Mask Assurance Program to allow our customers the opportunity to purchase a CPAP mask system with assurance that they are purchasing the best equipment to suit their sleep therapy needs. With this assurance, customers are allowed a 30 day return period from the date of their purchase in which they can test their chosen equipment and determine whether or not the mask system suits their needs. With this assurance, the mask can be returned to iONMySleep.com for a full refund less the cost of shipping or exchange of equal or lesser value.The mask must be returned within the 30-day period starting from the date of purchase to qualify for return. iONMySleep.com reserves the right to offer assurance on some or all of their offered CPAP mask systems. We also reserve the right to refuse assurance to any customer deemed to be abusing the Mask Assurance Program.
Mask Assurance covers only the initial CPAP mask purchased, and no other items purchased within the same order or the replacement mask once mask assurance has been instituted. Cost is determined per mask and is subject to change at any time. Mask Assurance may not be offered on every mask available at iONMySleep.com. It will be honored on all masks with which it is purchased, but we reserve the right to remove the mask assurance option from any product at any time. Mask Assurance will never be offered at a sale price or discounted rate. Prices are subject to change at any time and therefore, we cannot offer price protection on this assurance. Mask Assurance can only be purchased during the mask purchase and must be added to your cart and paid for at the time of purchase.
CPAP Mask returns must be received at iONMySleep.com within the 30-day period, including transit time. Please contact iONMySleep.com prior to sending your return for an RGA number that will allow us to correctly identify your return and refund your money promptly. Please send a copy of your packing slip and order number with your returned item. iONMySleep.com will provide a refund within 10 business days of your return. All items purchased WITHOUT Mask Assurance are subject to iONMySleep.com’s standard return policy.
Masks must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging including all literature and parts (headgear, cushions, clips, etc.) Failure to return the original mask with all literature and parts will result in a denial of the assurance claim.
Mask Assurance is not available when purchasing a CPAP machine and CPAP mask combination package. iONMySleep.com is happy to offer our Mask Assurance Program to individuals as an additional protection of their purchase, but due to the nature of our program, we must strictly enforce this policy to keep our Mask Assurance costs low.
