What is STANDARD SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Post Office (USPS) to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness. For orders over $99, this service is free. For orders ranging from $0-$99, the fee is a flat rate of $6.88. Please note: Offer for free standard shipping is only valid in the continental United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). iONMySleep.com will not ship products internationally. All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at time of checkout. ResMed products can only be sold to end users residing in the United States and not to other 3rd partes or businesses.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. All calculations for expedited delivery are based on business days only. Saturday delivery is available with express shipping, but at an extra charge. To choose this delivery method, you must speak with a customer service representative. Remember that UPS Ground service always includes Saturday delivery, but expedited options do not.
How much does shipping cost?
iONMySleep.com is happy to now offer free standard (2-10 business day arrival time) shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.88 for standard shipping. Customers may have the ability to upgrade shipping to our UPS expedited options at an additional cost. These express costs are dependent on package weight and ship-to address. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method when orders are shipped free. We may send items without tracking information via USPS.
iONMySleep.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the unopened item.
A cash refund is only applicable when a customer has purchased Mask Assurance on a product. Please feel free to give us a call at 800.355.0540 if you are not sure about the items that you need before placing your order. Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any question that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.
On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturer’s defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt and we can troubleshoot the problem and take the appropriate steps. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our normal business hours please leave us a message at 800.355.0540. We will return your call on the next business day.
Please note that the above policy also includes all CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is considered opened regardless if any hours are placed on the machine and subject to the same return policy stated above. Most CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines come with a manufacturer 2 year warranty for manufacturer’s defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.
CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 800.355.0540 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Warranty claim decisions are the solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental Machines are available to be used during this time if needed, please call our customer service for details on Rental Machines.
Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
